The security of personal data and issues generally surrounding data protection legislation and practice are relevant across the entire financial services industry, but in particular to those businesses who deal with retail customers.

advice to both "data controllers" and "data processors" on their respective roles, obligations and responsibilities;
registering with the Information Commissioner;
